	General Information Call for Paper Conference Secretariat. Upon receiving paper approval announcements, on or before 28th February, full papers should be submitted no later than 15th March 2009 to the Conference Secretariat. Abstracts should be approximately of 300 words in an attached file (Microsoft Word) in English. Information should include the title of the paper, name (s) and address (es) of author (s), Telephone, Fax and Email as well as a short CV. Calendar: - Deadline for Abstract submission: 18 February 2009 - Abstracts confirmation announcement: 28 February 2009 - Deadline for Full paper submission: 15 March 2009 - Full paper confirmation announcement: 9 April 2009 Conference Official Language The official language will be English.Simultaneous interpretation into Farsi will be provided. Conference Date & Venue All plenary sessions will be held on the 2 & 3 May 2009 at the IRIB International Conference Center, located opposite Velenjak Ave., Chamran Highway,Tehran -Iran. Exhibition An exhibition will be held in the Conference's venue. Booths are available for the price of 300 Euro equivalent,per square meter.To avoid any complications for customs clearance,please inform the Conference Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will be brought into Iran. Registration The registration fee is 1200 Euro. For 3 or more, from same company, each 900 Euro.The fee covers attendance at all plenary sessions,programs and documents, entry visas,CIP services from the airport, and all local transportation (shuttle service between Venue,Hotel and Airport). A premium package, which includes the registration fee, as well as four nights stay at the Parsian Esteghlal Hotel (formerly the Hilton Hotel), is available for 1500 Euro West Tower & 1600 Euro - East Tower. Forum documents and proceedings can be mailed out to interested parties who cannot attend the event for the price of 400 Euro equivalent. Entry Visa Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application forms to the Conference Secretariat. Entry visas will be arranged upon payment. Please allow at least four weeks for this process. Complimentary Admission for Spouses Delegates' spouses will be provided with a complimentary admission to the Conference sessions. Entry visas will be arranged upon request. Cancellation Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take their place. In the case of a cancellation, a written notice is required before 15 April 2009.A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
